Service Description
If you're relatively new to VR, it's recommended to take it easy and try shorter sessions first, as it can take time to get your senses used to such a uniquely immersive experience. We do offer the option to extend the session, depending on availability.
Cancellation Policy
Please arrive 15mins before the booked time slot. There is a short briefing before you begin as well as an indemnity form to fill in. If you arrive late, you must still complete the briefing and indemnity form, and will therefore have less time for the activity. If you arrive 10 minutes or more after your scheduled time slot has begun, you will forfeit your booking and will not be allowed to participate.
