Service Description
If you're relatively new to VR, it's recommended to take it easy and try shorter sessions first, as it can take time to get your senses used to such a uniquely immersive experience. We do offer the option to extend the session, depending on availability.
Cancellation Policy
Please arrive 15mins before the booked time slot. There is a short briefing before you begin as well as an indemnity form to fill in. If you arrive late, you forfeit that time from your booking, as we understandably can't allow it to negatively impact other bookings. Free cancellation up to 12hrs before. Free rescheduling up to 1hr before. Thereafter the full fee will be charged without refund.
