The below applies to activities taking place at our premises in Balgowan, namely bookings for the escape rooms, virtual reality and Zombie Zone activities. Private Functions and Events have separate terms and conditions as agreed upon between parties.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Free cancellation with full refund up to 48 hours before the activity. You will forfeit your deposit if you cancel 48-24 hours before the activity, but will be refunded any remainder paid. You will forfeit the full payment and receive no refund if you cancel within 24 hours of the activity. 'Cancellations' include reducing the number of participants i.e. cancelling the activity for that person.

 

RESCHEDULING

Up to 1 hour before your booked time slot, you may request to reschedule to another time slot that is within 6 months of the original booking, subject to availability. Once a slot has been rescheduled, free cancellation no longer applies and the full amount will be owed thereafter.

 

LATE ARRIVALS & NO SHOWS

All participants must arrive at least 15mins before your booked time slot. There is a short briefing before you begin. If you arrive late, you must still complete the briefing and will therefore have less time to play the game. If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled time slot has begun, you will forfeit your booking. In the case of late arrivals and no shows, you will be liable to pay the full fee.

 

Refusal to pay outstanding fees will result in being blacklisted on our system.
